We had two other HVAC companies out then Resurrection came out. They should be everyone's first call!! Super nice people! Husband and wife team that gets customer service. They truly had one mission...getting our air back working and working correctly as soon a possible. They worked with home warranty company and did all the leg work. My elderly in-laws live in a detached small house on our property and with congestive heart failure, lack of AC is a significant threat to my father-in-law’s health. As we kicked on the AC this spring when the weather warmed we found both our main unit and the unit on the in-law suite were inoperable. This family owned and run business came to the rescue and spent two days and countless hours insuring the units were properly “resurrected”, and they prioritized the in-law suite as if they were helping their own family out of a tight situation. Michael, owner and lead technician, explained every step during diagnosis and repair while his wife, Belinda, relentlessly coordinated with our home warranty company to not only obtain timely approval for expedited repair but also to ensure that a proper repair was covered (vice slapping a bandaid on the symptoms like the prior HVAC companies had done every previous year when the units failed). Highly, highly recommend! Their excellent customer service stood out from the first contact with Belinda. Our 35 year old HVAC system died and Michael was out to check it out later that day after speaking with them. They seamlessly worked with our home warranty company (who is difficult to work with) to order and install our new unit. We also needed all ductwork replaced, and they meticulously quoted out a very fair price for the work. I can’t say enough about their kindness, promptness, and budget conscious service. They arranged the inspection and the inspector advised they did an excellent job!! Michael did things right the first time, as did his team.
